SBI Mutual Fund has launched a new fund as SBI Equity Opportunities Fund - Series IV, a close-ended equity scheme. The new fund offer (NFO) opened for subscription from October 07 and closed on 21 October 2015.
The scheme plans to invest 65-100% in equity and equity related instruments and up to 35% in debt and money market instruments. The scheme aims to provide long term capital growth by investing in a well-diversified portfolio of equity and equity related securities across market capitalization and sectors.
The fund would endeavor to participate in the all-round growth of the Indian economy. For this fund manager will identify the stocks that will benefit from the growth of the Indian economy
